Overview This role is part of the Digital Commerce, Sales Operations team. Responsibilities Analytics Pull data & create scorecards (10%) Support regular data extraction, reporting, dashboarding requirements for Business teams Collaborate with DTX Routine Analytics (30%) – e.g. key drivers & drags, highlights, weekly emails, customer call-outs, etc Customer scorecards and reporting: Target sales and OOS reporting once weekly and once/period [internal] Develop and run weekly execution scorecard (excel based) and summary of insights/drivers/trends For each of the Customers above, provide key highlights in the form of sales drivers and drags, share change analysis and other key business insights Powerpoint support (50%) – populating period decks, helping with JBP content, Divisional decks, etc. Presentation building including POR decks dComm business updates (2-3 page PPT updates) - internal and customer-facing AOP Prep & Content with direction from the LG1 sales lead JBP prep and content with direction from the LG1 sales lead, including trends, performance, insights, top items, OOS information etc. Other/Ad-hoc (10%) new item set up Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics and reporting Proven success with cross-functional teams, project coordination, consistent execution, & follow up Strong analytical & deep dive skills – as evidenced by high intelligence and previous ownership of comprehensive analytical tasks and projects Cross-functional “literacy” – as evidenced by the ability to work with support functions such as Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance Strong problem-solving capabilities – as evidenced by a track record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in an environment with incomplete information and tight timelines Instinct for execution—as evidenced by strong organizational skills, prompt follow-up, and focus on task completion Sound communication skills – as evidenced by the ability to educate and influence internal and external staff Resilience – as evidenced by the courage maintain a positive attitude when faced with obstacles and the willingness to develop alternative approaches to overcome them Bias for action & ownership – as evidenced by a track record of taking decisions in to drive the interests of the business while still maintaining highest levels of rigor and compliance
