We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth hackers to join our enterprise sales team. As a Growth specialist, you will be responsible for driving growth and scaling our business. You will work closely with the team to develop and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, revenue growth, and customer engagement. You will do a data driven research and identify the potential business and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels (paid social, email, content, etc.)
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges into Payments ecosystem
Collaborate with the product team to optimize the user experience and drive growth
Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns
Work closely with sales leader to drive growth
Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities
Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives
Collaborate with the data team to develop and track key metrics
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
5+ years of experience in growth hacking or a related field
Proven track record of driving growth and scaling businesses
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with data analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of user acquisition and retention strategies
Experience with marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of web development and design principles
