We are looking for: Manual/Automation Test Specialist,

You’ll make an impact by:

• Test Planning and Strategy:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test strategies.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Manual Testing:
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
• Complete test cases and evaluate results to ensure the software meets business needs.
• Automation Testing:
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Select and apply appropriate test automation frameworks and tools.
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Document test results, generate test reports, and provide feedback to developers.
• Ensure clear and precise documentation of issues, defects, and test execution steps.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools in software testing.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance software quality.

Use your skills to move the world forward!

• 2 to 5 years of experience in manual and/or automation testing.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in testing tools like Play-Wright, TypeScript, etc.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Azure).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Angular, Python, or C#.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and database testing.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Education
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
