As a vital member of our marketing team, you will gain invaluable experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, contributing to projects that support our mission to transform the debt collection industry through innovative AI solutions.
Your Role: Assist in the execution of various marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and campaign analysis.
Key Responsibilities: Support content creation efforts by writing blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
Assist in managing social media platforms, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community.
Help organize and execute marketing campaigns, including webinars, email blasts, and promotions.
Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape to provide insights for marketing strategy.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, assisting in the analysis of results and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the team on creative projects, including graphic design and video content (using tools like Canva).
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance marketing efforts.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of design tools (Canva) is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
A proactive and eager to learn attitude.
Previous internship experience in marketing or related field is a plus but not required.
