1. Lead, guide, and develop a team of supervisors and analysts
2. Responsible for reviewing team goals and performance measurements; develop plans to ensure that goals are achieved.
3. Manage, mentor, and evaluate the performance and of Contract and Chargeback supervisors and analysts to achieve department and company goals and objectives in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Develop, interpret, and apply policies and procedures to effectively develop department staff.
5. Report team operations and performance to US-based executives / management team.
6.Collaborate with management to ensure the team structure and its SLAs remain current with the organization’s overall goal.
7.Collaborate with Contract and Chargeback System Development IT team to implement new technologies that improve the team’s reporting.
8.Analyze reports, decisions, and results of department statistics against established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and share findings with upper management.
9.Develop innovative solutions to streamline team workload and increase productivity.
10.Oversee implementation of reporting processes for daily department functions.
11.Responsible for overseeing practices relating to the Business Management tool Administration process.
12.Determine new solutions to various tactical challenges the Contract and Chargeback Administration department faces with the supplier community.
13.Participate in production meetings to discuss possible system enhancements to department processes.
14.Willing to obtain formal training in other areas.
15.Lead multiple workstreams.
16.Collaborate with key teammates and leadership.
17.Assist and support department managers in preparing for meetings.
18.Maintain and promote positive and professional working relationships with associates and management.
19.Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, and regulations.
20.Any other duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND SKILLS:
• Undergraduate degree from a 3- or 4-year university (undergraduate degree paths might include: Commerce, Economics, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, etc)
• 8+ year(s) working experience / 4+ years of managerial experience
• Ability to work partial US time zone shift (4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone)
• Excellent presentation skills -experience presenting to executive level audience is preferred
• Proficiency in the English language (equivalent to CEFR B2 Proficiency Rating or above in IELTS)
• Knowledge of Contract & Chargeback process is desirable
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI
• Prior experience in SAP is desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
