• Deep experience in routing, switching, firewall technologies, systems design, and administration and troubleshooting.
• Sound practical experience in managing a multi-vendor WAN with multi-protocol routing like NHRP, EIGRP, BPG4, OSPF and RIPv2, etc.
• Good knowledge in LAN switching technology including Spanning tree optimization, VTP domain management, etc.
• Strong knowledge in implementing and troubleshooting site-to-site, remote access VPN, DMVPN technologies using GRE, IPSEC & MPLS
• Expertise in designing, implementing and configuring VDC, VPC and VRF
• Expertise in installing, configuring and troubleshooting of Cisco ASR 1001, 1004, ISR 4331, 4431 series routers and Cisco Catalyst 3750, 3850, 2960, Cisco Nexus 5596, 9300, ASA 5585, 5505 series Switches.
• Solid experience in installation, configuration and up gradation of Palo Alto Firewall 200, 500, 5000 series; perform Application/Data/URL Filtering, Threat prevention; configure IPSEC and SSL VPN's on Palo Alto Firewalls, implement Zone Based Firewalling and Security Rules, perimeter protection, DMZs, etc.
• Experience in identifying vulnerabilities/non-compliant issues in the network and applications using vulnerability scanners and tools; performing packet captures using Wireshark, TCPDUMP, FW Monitor and Snoop during troubleshooting.
• Perform firewall rule audit and optimization
• Strong hands-on experience in deploying F5 LTM/GTM infrastructure; troubleshooting F5 in Active-Standby mode and creating Virtual Servers, VIP’s and server pools
• Strong understanding of web traffic load balancing function and manipulation procedures
• Solid understanding of key AWS networking services to including but not limited to VPC design, Sub-Netting, Regions and Availability Zones, Security Groups and NACL’s, Internet Gateways, route tables, AWS direct connect
• Experience on Fortinac Server and RSA Server Administration and Web Server Agents Installation and Troubleshooting
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, MRTG, Smoke ping, etc.
• Strong experience in performing device upgrades, configuration changes, tuning, analysis, and troubleshooting on firewall and network devices.
• Wide exposure to handling outages, incident/problem management, change management, etc.
• Ability to identify risks in production environments and initiate risk mitigation steps

• 12+ years relevant experience
• Keen sense for automation using Shell/Python/Ansible scripts
• Strong Vendor Management skills
• Good knowledge and exposure to ITIL
• CCNA, CCIE, AWS certified
• Good documentation skills
