Job Summary & Responsibilities:
1.Monitoring of linux server ,windows server and network devices.
2.Hand-on experience on infra monitoring tools :-Grafana, Prometheus, cloudwatch, alertmanager etc.
3.Managing, Monitoring and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
4.Advanced project management skills.
5.Ability to work well under pressure.
6.Maintenance of WIKI and technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used
7.Working with various internal/external stakeholders to narrow down problems and achieve resolution.
8.Clearly and effectively documenting information in the ticket system for communication to other staff.
9.Ensuring SLA's are achieved and Platform Operations work quality expectations are met. 10.Acting as an escalation point within the Platform Operations.
Required Skills:
1.Proven experience on Linux and knowledge of networking such as CCNA
2.Knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkin,Ansible, AWS cloud.
3.Strong Hands on Linux Troubleshooting.
4.Provide 24*7 support and familiar with on call rotation
5.Knowledge of server hardware systems.
6.Excellent troubleshooting skills.
7.Good written and verbal communication skills.
8.Extensive experience on Promethues and Grafana.
