A candidate who knows how cash operation works :
Strong knowledge on Custody and Accounting flow
Knowledge on custody payments i.e. Fed Wire, MT103, MT202, ACH and Check Payments
Thorough knowledge of Cash Reconciliation
Okay for night shift (8PM - 5 AM IST)
Working out of Office - 5 Days a Week
Process timely and accurately cash instructions in accordance with Fund/internal and external clients deadlines, operating procedures and legal regulations.
Why this role is important to us
The team you will be joining is a part of Global Delivery, Cash COE. Directed Cash Services Team is responsible to monitor and process all the Cash and Accounting instructions received in the queue for the day. This involves monitoring and process timely and accurately cash instructions in accordance with Fund/internal and external clients deadlines, operating procedures and legal regulations.
What you will be responsible for
As an Officer in in Directed Cash Services Team you will :
Process timely and accurately cash instructions in accordance with Fund/internal and external clients deadlines, operating procedures and legal regulations.
Verify the work of other processors within the team for quality and accuracy.
Effectively prioritize and reorganize tasks to changing priorities and business circumstances.
Have strong independent controls
Participate/run and complete assigned projects and departmental initiatives as required
Assist with collating department management information. Compile and categorize data used for monthly operational metrics.
Effectively identify potential issues that might work against the team and take early corrective actions.
Communicate effectively and engage in building an effective working relationship with internal and external clients
Work with AVPs on process improvements, Idea generator
Manage team in an organized way independently
Involvement in the training and development of other team members.
Risk Identification & Assessment
Demonstrates ability to work accurately and to daily deadlines
Communicating with upstream teams via emails/IMT
Distributing, daily, weekly and monthly reports to internal stakeholders
Adhering quality parameters and SLAs
