Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive maintenance and optimization of network infrastructures, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals. Additionally, you will document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based network solutions and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
- This position is based at our Jaipur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
