Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Talent Acquisition & Integration


This role will support end-to-end recruitment administrative processes for new hires across global regions. The role includes managing recruitment coordination activities (e.g., job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling). The role requires accuracy, responsiveness, and seamless communication with Global HR, Local HR and Recruitment Teams.


Responsibilities
  1. Recruitment & Pre Onboarding Coordination:

·Should have knowledge about the Australian recruitment


·Create job requisition draft.


·Post and manage job requisition.


·Schedule and coordinate interviews/hiring events, ensuring a seamless candidate experience across global time zones.


·Manage and administer assessments (psychometric, situational judgement, etc.).


·Support job posting, candidate communication, and requisition management.


·Ensure service level agreement for recruitment coordination activities are consistently met.


·Conduct pre-onboarding activities and coordinate with the new hire.


·Manage general queries related to recruitment process.


·Job Sourcing/Posting


·Screening & Interview


·Manage employer branding asset


·Knowledge of Verification of work rights documentation e.g. work rights and certifications for onboarding


2.Candidate Engagement:


·Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.


·Provide feedback and updates to candidates in a timely manner.


  1. ATS & Data Management:

·Update and maintain the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate data.


·Update the Human Resource Management Systems / Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Workday, Taleo, Avature, Oracle etc.) and support new hire record creation.


·Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy policies.


·Regularly audit candidate database and address any discrepancies.


·Knowledge on case management tools like servicenow and salesforce


Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications

·Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (MBA good to have).


·Experience in recruitment coordination, or talent acquisition support roles.


·Basic understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes across the employee lifecycle.


·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, filters, tracker management) and Outlook for daily operations.


·Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.


·Willingness to work 5 days from office


Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

·Experience in ticketing tool like Service Now, Zendesk, etc.


·Familiarity with global Applicant Tracking System / Human Resource Management Systems (Workday, Avature, Taleo, etc.) preferred.


·Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.


·Attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume hiring.


·Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.


·Effective communication and interpersonal ability.
