In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

HCM Functional-Payroll

Design and deliver Elements & balances for Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud by tailoring configurations, orchestrations, and controls that directly serve Configuration & Setup / Elements & Balances outcomes. Leverage Oracle Integration Cloud for cross-application orchestration, BI Publisher for governed outputs, OTBI for analytic insight, and FBDI/HDL/ADFdi for structured data movement; standardize governance with FSM export/import and controlled promotion. Highlight lifecycle guardrails, environment promotion via FSM, BI Publisher bursting, OTBI dashboards, data migration with FBDI/HDL/ADFdi, and operational observability with Logging and Monitoring. Incorporate niche capabilities such as elements & balances, Fast Formula, LDG, costing, retro pay, payroll flows; and extend with HCM Extract, validation reports, third-party integrations, localization rules. Codify acceptance criteria and non-functional requirements (throughput, latency, resilience, privacy). Implement observability with metrics, logs, and alerts; establish rollback plans and dry-run cutovers; and enable knowledge transfer with SOPs, RACI, hands-on labs, and role-based guides.
