The Databricks Learning and Enablement team is on a mission to up-skill Data and AI professionals in our partner ecosystem to help our mutual customers leverage Databricks and accelerate business outcomes. We are looking for a Partner Enablement Manager in the region to support partner onboarding and ongoing partner talent transformation. Working with the account team and partner business leads in the region, you will develop enablement strategies for our Global EliteIs System Integrators, and develop enablement strategies for the RSIs. These strategies will include a balanced combination of ILT, eLearning, and blended training offerings to the partner with the end goal of certification. You will ensure customer success with the right number of credentialed partner resources to support our customer accounts. You will report to the Director of Partner Technical Enablement.
