We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placements team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bengaluru. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Process Associate – Placements
We will count on you to:
- Validate RFQs/RFPs and associated documents received from the business team; manage discrepancies and queries through effective coordination.
- Prepare and update standardized Quote Comparison Reports (QCR) with accuracy; verify final quote slips from insurance companies.
- Maintain daily and monthly trackers for open proposals, pending policies, and accruals, ensuring timely follow-ups with business teams.
- Process and track all enquiries initiated in including bulk bookings, ensuring confirmation and status updates to Placement Executives (PE).
- Follow up with PE, Client Executives (CE), and other stakeholders for document collection, client creation, policy issuance, and resolution of queries or discrepancies in the placement placed transactions.
- Coordinate with billing and finance teams to support revenue recognition, unapplied cash, and unrecognized revenue follow-ups.
- Provide 100% assistance to the Placement Executive team for end-to-end revenue recognition processes.
What you need to have:
- 4+ years of experience in insurance industry.
- Domain Knowledge preferred.
- Graduation degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
