Process Lead

* Design and develop synchronous and asynchronous eLearning modules.
* Create visually engaging infographics and other digital learning assets to simplify complex topics.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess learning needs and translate them into instructional content.
* Utilize Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and Camtasia to produce and edit high-quality learning materials.
* Apply sound instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) to project planning, execution, and evaluation.
* Integrate feedback and evaluation data to refine training materials based on learner needs and outcomes.
* Manage multiple instructional projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring alignment with learning objectives.
