Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for IBMs B2B SaaS integration solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and partners to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable product requirements. Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • B2B Integration Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of B2B integrations, EDI and API-based solutions, and SaaS architectures to deliver scalable and efficient products. Oversee integration strategies and ensure the product meets the needs of large-scale enterprise customers.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, including defining product features, setting priorities, managing backlogs, and optimizing the user experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to drive decision-making, continuously improving the product based on customer feedback, usage patterns, and market demands.
  • Competitive Analysis & Market Research: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise


  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on SaaS solutions in the B2B integration space, ideally serving large enterprise customers.
  • Strong Understanding of Integration Technologies: Deep knowledge of B2B integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, cloud-based middleware, and enterprise integration patterns. Familiarity with integration platforms like IBM, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar is a plus.
  • Product Lifecycle Expertise: Proven track record of successfully managing products from concept to launch, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and feature definition.
  • Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and pain points into actionable product features. Strong experience in working directly with large customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to inform product decisions and improve user experience and product performance. Familiarity with analytics tools and user feedback mechanisms.
  • Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to influence and drive consensus across teams and stakeholders.
