What will your essential responsibilities include?


·Adherence to project implementation methodology best practices.


·Maintain program deliverables i.e. work & staffing plans, budget & audit artifacts.


·Manage vendor project engagements including participating in creation of SOW and ensuring proper invoice submission.


·Manage intra-project and cross-project deliverable dependency tracking, risks, issues and decisions.


·Develop project communication and team collaboration materials.


You will report to the Function’s Lead- Project Delivery.

Required Skills and Abilities:


·Manages the aggregate result of separate but related projects, achieving a significant outcome, typically achieving business transformation.


·Plans, organizes, staffs, and controls Program execution, scope, and costs.


·Achieves synergy of individual project deliverables in context of an overall outcome aligned with Program objectives.


·Knowledge of business strategy and understanding of how that translates into Program deliverables.


·Communicates effectively with Stakeholders and Influences Program Level decisions.


·Understands and ensures the Program deliverables directly support the larger business strategy, providing value for investment.


·Detailed Program Planning, Execution oriented, Analytical, Progress Evaluation, Risk management, Issue Resolution, Critical Path Identification.


Desired Skills and Abilities:


·Collaboration, Influencing, and effective Written / Verbal Communication.


·Provides effective solutions to problems based on broad experience.


·PMP Certification (or equivalent) is a plus.


·ProjectManagement Tool, PPM Tool, Office Suite, Financial Tracking.


·Expert ability to provide vision and goals for project team, guide project managers on issue resolution, and provide escalation framework via governance.


·Ability to standardize common methods.
