THE ROLE - Implementation

Job
Description
The
Implementation Project Manager will work with a portfolio of our largest and
most strategic customers. In this senior level role, you are responsible for
ensuring that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with
Seclore solutions resulting in customer retention and account growth. You will
build long-term trusting relationships with these customers and ensure that
they realize full value from their investment with Seclore. Your focus will be
to make every customer in your portfolio wildly successful resulting in
referenceable customers who maintain long-term loyalty to Seclore.
Position
Description:
A Project Manager is responsible
for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through
to completion.
Play a critical role in Customer Success
Team by engaging with the customer and their respective partners for their
technical and functional rollouts; related to Seclore.
Responsible for successful technical
deployment, functional rollout, and user enablement for the agreed bill of
material, within defined timelines.
Monitor Projects budgets and expenses to
ensure that the professional services are delivered with agreed financial
parameters.
Project Management activities will include
the following, but not be limited to:
oInteract with the sales/pre-sales team to
obtain the handover from sales to delivery.
oCustomer onboarding, including initial
adoption and usage.
oSetup and lead the kick-off meetings with
the client.
oAgree timelines, create project plans, and
obtain necessary signoffs during various stages of the engagement.
oRecord all risks related to deployment and
create mitigation plans.
oAlign the technical and functional
resources as per the project plan.
oCustomer management, team management,
escalation management.
oHandle all communications and escalations
related to the project delivery. This includes regularly updating and
communicating the Implementation Dashboard and Issue Register.
oEnsure that all the milestones are
completed as per the agreed timelines.
oResponsible for change management in
relation with the Scope of Work / Deployment Architecture during the
Implementation Phase of the project.
oEnsure timely completion of the projects.
oObtain deployment sign off and raise
invoice against the completed activity.
oSmooth Transition of projects to Customer
Success Managers / Support with complete documentation.
oResponsible for scoping and coordinating
with partners on the agreed requirements.
Suggest innovative ideas which will help
in effective and efficient management of Implementation Projects.
Interface with Product support, Product
Management, and engineering teams.
May have to travel for up to 40-50% of
time to customer locations.
Qualifications
and Experience:
BE/B Tech/MSc (Computer Science)/MCA
7-10 years of experience out of which 4-6
years should be in project management. MBA would be an added advantage.
Experience in interactions with top
management and cross functional teams at customer organization.
Hands on and techno functional candidates
would be given preference.
Good knowledge of IT landscape in large
and medium organization.
Preferable
Participated in introduction/adoption of
technology/process/software/change management team in large organization.
Project Management Qualification like
PMP/CAPM/Prince 2.
