Could you be the full-time IS&T Project Methodology & Support, Project Performance Expert in our Digital Services Team we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive the successful delivery of our project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including PMO specialists, Project Managers, and Portfolio Directors), manage end-to-end portfolio management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of coordinating and animating the network of Program Managers and E2E PMs, but also prepare and coordinate IS&T Project Delivery governance.
We’ll look to you for:
- Plan & Manage E2E Portfolio management from Demand arbitration to Project delivery
- Assist the Domain Director to coordinate and animate the network of Program Manager and E2E PM
- Prepare and coordinate IS&T Project Delivery governance based on gating methodology
- Define, plan and execute the financial tracking for all projects with ongoing maintenance and appropriate controls
- Assist Project Managers in the following activities: project planning, scope management, action plan follow-up, risk & issue management, mitigation plans, dependencies and continuous improvement actions
- Track and report on IS&T project delivery status, timelines, quality and budgets to IS&T senior managers and Regions
- Share best practices, align demand management methodology and streamline communication towards Regional IS&T Business Partners and Domain Directors and follow-up on roadmap
- Interact on a regular basis with multiple project stakeholders incl. Security architects, Finance, Procurement, Change Management as per the actions defined in the date reviews
- Provide support in ways of working for a consistent and efficient way of setting up, manage and steer projects
- Program and Project Setup in PPM Tool
- Implementation of PMO continuous improvement initiatives

- Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Experience or understanding of IT project management, 5+years of experience.
- Knowledge of project management solutions (e.g., MPP, ServiceNow ITBM, or Jira)
- Stakeholder management
- Financial Management and reporting
- Strong presentation skills
- Good communication, efficiency, and ability to execute. Result oriented.
- Agile and resilient
- Time management, sense of urgency
