What would you do? • Work closely with the AEM developers, authors & publishers to enable new projects and workflows, via the testing, and iteration of daily deliverables • Analyze and understand end-to-end customer experiences to make sure all content is consistent in construction and technically correct • Track the progress of your requests & ensure delivery as per committed timelines • Coordinate and execute all standard and important test cases, raise and re-test defects with Developers found during audits • Use any test case repository effectively to improve testing productivity • Provide timely signoffs to release builds for staging and production • Provide support to Senior Quality Analyst on completing tickets in queue • Razor sharp focus – You strive for pixel perfection and are deeply passionate about User Experience and Usability. You look at things from the end-user/ customers lens and build test scenarios, workflow blocks the users might encounter. Leverage different tools & techniques to catch bugs and shortfalls that may occur during usage. • Good communication skills – This role requires you to work closely with both internal & multiple client stakeholders for managing end-to-end web content Quality audit tasks. Therefore, clarity of thought & good communication skills is of utmost importance. • Requirement Analysis & Pipeline management – You will be required to liaise with Internal teams to assess the requirement on daily basis, provide clarity on expected output to the developers. Monitor your queue to manage the incoming and pending work to avoid delays In Quality Management, you will be overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement. Measure of Success – • Bug free release • Number of bugs encountered past passthrough • Comprehensive test documentation, bug report, test cases • Effective and transparent communication
What are we looking for? • Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Experience in validating web pages a plus). • Experience in Function, non-Functional and Accessibility testing • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and PowerPoint • General knowledge of web publishing & content management system or web content management tools like AEM or WordPress • Experience of working in ticketing platforms like JIRA, Asana, Trello • Experience in browser based developer tools for testing and resolving bugs • Ability to perform under pressure • Agility for quick learning • Written and verbal communication • Experience conducting unit tests, regression tests, smoke tests, and exploratory tests • Experience in HTML, CSS • ISTQB Foundation Level certification
