Were seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in the Investment Management division, supports the equity, fixed income, liquidity, and alternative businesses for Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM), providing middle-office services including portfolio manager support, client services, portfolio transitions, market registration, product data and performance and attribution analysis. MSIM Operations also provides mutual fund support, derivative processing, and counterparty and credit event management. In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships, driving strategic automation solutions by embracing a transformation mindset and challenging the status quo. This is a Team Supervisor position at Director level within Core Services, which is responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. Read on What youll do in the role: Providing security master and reference data support to traders and other stakeholders across Asian, European, and American regions. Reviewing exception reports such as those for GSD and Aladdin daily and resolving the exceptions. Resolving reconciliation exceptions such as researching and fixing coupon and amortization breaks between GSD and Aladdin, and cash and position breaks caused by security master data settings. Partnering with global teams in West Conshohocken and Boston for any security master related cleanups, new data points and related projects.
