Here, everyone matters and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As an Risk & Compliance associate working in the Risk Management team, a typical day will include:

OBJECTIVES:

• Manage the technical architecture of the Takeda Transparency and Disclosure Program.
• Work with all stakeholders in the transparency disclosure space to facilitate timely and accurate required reporting.
• Enhance the technical architecture supporting the transparency program with new business requirements.
• Ensure the data security and privacy of the transparency data
• Simplify the transparency technical architecture wherever possible by aligning with Enterprise Data & Analytics Capabilities current and planned.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collect business stakeholder requirements to drive enhancements to the Takeda Transparency and Disclosure technical architecture.
• Manage the implementation effort of those requirements to the Transparency platform
• Manage the stability of the Transparency Platform with underlying technical teams.
• Facilitate successful Global Transparency Reporting with the larger team
• Align the Transparency Platform to the Enterprise Data & Analytics Architecture and technical stack seeking efficiencies and simplification.
• Ensure the security and privacy of Transparency Data collected and processed.
• Be a subject matter expert in Transparency and Disclosure Regulations assisting the growth and success of the program.
• Exhibit growth in the highly related EDA areas of data security and privacy.
• Coordinates and communicates Transparency risk-related activities among key stake holders.
• Collaborates with all technology groups, lines of business, and corporate functional areas to define, gather and analyze metrics.

COMPETENCIES, EDUCATIONAL AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent
• 5 years or more of relevant experience is preferred.
• Experienced with Transparency Disclosure legal, industry, and local codes involving the transfer of value to HCPs, HCOs, and patient organizations.
• Experience with typical data source system landscape (multiple CRMs, custom facing engagement platforms) supporting transparency data.
• Knowledge of complex and evolving Transparency Disclosure Regulatory Environment both in the US and globally.
• Experience with data collection, quality, integration, minimization, and master data management (MDM) in the Transparency Disclosure Space.
• Experience with data virtualization in a MDM context in the transparency space. Denodo experience at the architectural level is desired.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and controls.
• Knowledge of data security access control. Okta and Sailpoint experience is a plus.
• Experience working with the AWS Cloud for application hosting and data platform services ( S3, Databricks, Redshift, etc)
• Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with professionals  at all levels of responsibility and authority;
• Able to prioritize, delegate, and foster the development of high performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and team work
• Work with virtual teams located in different countries around the world, aligning and adapting different work, culture and communication styles.

             Preferred:

• Project management experience
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
