Role Summary :
The Sales Manager has responsibility to handle Middle Market customer comprising of Channel sales -CMS, Direct Customer, Corporate Account ,generate new accounts, business growth, area coverage, technical support, New Channel Partner recruitment. He should provide support to existing channel Partner to get the
sales and train to their service engineers. He should meet the operating plan and will be responsible to collect payment and to maintain Past Dues. He has to travel complete Gujarat Region.
Essential Responsibilities / Expectations :
The Sales Specialist/Manager provides direction and assistance to channel in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make
decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
● Focus on Suez-WTS CMS (Cooling, Boiler, Waste water, Membrane Chemicals) Selling and to expand and maintain customer accounts with Channels and corporate Account.
● Provide Technical training, input to channel team ,customer trouble shooting, Value generation and value selling at customer site.
● Actively listen to customers/Market needs and provide effective technical service to resolve issues and inquiries
● Drive growth by continuously creating and selling customer value propositions ,geographical coverage, meeting End User/OEM for assigned territory. Focus on our competitive advantage while leveraging our broad product portfolio.
● Serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers using Veolia-WTS technology to solve identified water treatment Product needs
● Partner cross-functionally within organization to optimize our solutions offering
● Develop a plan to effectively meet sales targets by meeting or exceeding key metrics for revenue, account retention.
● Learn and maintain awareness of all safety and environmental practices
● Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitive actions, product needs, and customer base.
● Participating in Marketing Activity like Exhibition, Seminar, Conference.
Bachelor's Engg degree or Diploma/Science PG with 6-12 yrs of Exp
from an accredited university or college .
