What you will be doing –
- Works with client to ensure that assigned work is completed efficiently, meets business requirements, stays within scope, and is delivered on time.
- Plays a key role in resolving technical roadblocks.
- Design and develop solutions to solve business problems
- Continually improve quality of the deliverables
- Ensures code reviews, unit testing and integration testing is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assisting in the identification, isolation, resolution and communication of problems within the production environment
What you bring -
- Minimum of 3 to 10 + years of experience.
- Experience with working collaboratively using Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodology.
- Proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
Skills –
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
- Good knowledge of implementing solution using Apex, LWC, Flows etc.
- Knowledge of Omniscripts would be added advantage.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, SLDS.
- Security aspects in Salesforce like user and license management, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
Qualifications -
- A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Salesforce Developer Certification
Competencies -
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical & business requirements with Clients and Internal teams.
- Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality documentation.
- Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
- Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team.
