SAP Basis Manager

Talent Worx is seeking an experienced SAP Basis Manager to lead our SAP support team and ensure the smooth operation of our SAP landscape.
As a SAP Basis Manager, you will be responsible for managing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
Your role will involve overseeing system upgrades, patches, and migrations, as well as troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the SAP environment aligns with the business objectives and IT strategy.
Work with one of the Big 4's in India Healthy work Environment Work Life Balance Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor the performance, availability, and security of the SAP landscape.
Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems.
Ensure proper system maintenance, including patches, kernel upgrades, and performance tuning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and enhancements.
Implement and manage backup and recovery plans for SAP systems.
Provide guidance and support to the SAP Basis team on complex issues.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, processes, and procedures.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration.
Strong Experience of SAP Landscape Management, SAP HANA, and SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with system installations, upgrades, and performance tuning in SAP environments.
Proficiency in managing SAP user roles and authorizations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
