Security Consultant - HIPS

• Implement, configure, and manage Trend Micro HIPS policies

  
  
  

• Design and enforce intrusion prevention rules for endpoints and servers

  
  
  

• Monitor HIPS alerts and events and perform triage and investigation

  
  
  

• Tune HIPS rules to reduce false positives while maintaining security posture

  
  
  

• Respond to exploit attempts, suspicious behavior, and policy violations

  
  
  

• Perform policy testing and controlled rollouts across environments

  
  
  

• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for compatibility issues

  
  
  

• Support incident response and root-cause analysis for HIPS-related incidents

  
  
  

• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation

  
  
  

• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and regulatory requirements

  
  
  

• Participate in security audits and provide required evidence

  
  
  

Ready to work in 24*7 shifts

Experience with Linux environments

• Knowledge of EDR / XDR concepts

  
  
  

• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK

  
  
  

• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell / Bash) for troubleshooting
