About the role:
- Work on different DevOps tools for suite of products under Adaptiv BU.
- Design, implement and maintain CI/CD process enhancements, optimizations and automations to make the whole process robust and effective.

- We bring award-winning, multi-asset-class investment operations and data solutions which primarily serve the Buy Side Asset Managers with front-to-back best in class solutions.
- Our market leader solutions include –Adaptiv Credit Risk Manager, Adaptiv Enterprise Risk, Adaptiv Analytics.
What you will be doing:
- Analyse and address CI/CD failures
- TeamCity - help teams with new requirements - TC software upgrades/maintenance.
- TeamCity agent setup for new requirements to install/upgrade of required product software for CI/CD process
- Help teams with migration of CI process to Jenkins
- Builds deployment and monitoring on Azure DevOps
- Help with new deployment setup on Azure DevOps as per new requirement.
- New enhancements in CD process using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Help teams with migration of CD process to Ansible and Harness tool
- Administration of Perforce VCS tool until we fully migrate to Git based tool.
- Migrate package management process from ProGet to Jfrog Artifactory.
- Release activities like code branching and CI projects branching.
- Manage virtual machines for CI/CD process on Azure cloud and or AWS (in future).
- Disaster Recovery activities.
- Maintain VM templates using Terraform and Packer for CD process.
- Fix the legacy hotfix/patch build process failures if required.
- Ensure optimal performance, quality and max CI/CD uptime.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- 3+ yrs. exp in DevOps role.
- Must have basic programming/scripting skills (C#, PowerShell, Python or any other language).
- Proficient in DevOps concepts and any CI/CD tool.
- Good knowledge in TeamCity and Azure DevOps or any equivalent CI and CD tools.
- Basic knowledge of following:
- Package manager tools like NuGet / ProGet / Artifactory / Chocolatey.
- Azure cloud or AWS.
- VCS concepts and working of Git or Git based tools
- Willingness to work on any DevOps tool and scripting language if required in future.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment where all team members work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
- Ability to demonstrate interpersonal and teambuilding skills working with technical and non-technical individuals.
Added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of Ansible, REST APIs, SQL Database and SQL Queries, Docker, Packer scripts, Terraform
- Understanding of Installer authoring language like WiX.
- Experience of Agile Scrum will be an added advantage
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
- Organized approach – manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements.
- Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
