<p><b>What can you expect?</b></p><p>We are looking to hire <b>Analyst II - Workday Practice – D</b> in Digital Solutions, Career; India COE and expect the candidate to:</p><ul><li>Plan and prioritize work for self, assist lead by providing inputs on in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.</li><li>Lead / Manage – Small implementation projects / Launch implementations, manage workload for the team, assist team in all the phases of delivery lifecycle, collate and report status/impediments with the greater project team.</li><li>Develop complex configuration for clients & leads, manage data transformation and perform EIB Data loads.</li><li>Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.</li><li>Lead & Involve in Data conversion activities pertaining to Recruiting.</li><li>Lead and understand on generating Offer letters using WD docs.</li><li>Coordinate with the Lead, EM / PM or Client for any project delivery</li><li>Multi-task and engage on multiple projects for lead activities.</li><li>End to end ownership of assigned projects</li><li>Provide leadership and key stakeholders with the information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We will count on you for:</b></p><ul><li>Deliver solutions for in scope functional work item – Recruiting</li><li>Participate in design discussions and Lead where required.</li><li>Ability to configure complex Recruiting components based on requirement.</li><li>Identify scope, scope gaps & get them addressed.</li><li>Identify right stakeholders in the project.</li><li>Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritizes capacity, and defines development and analysis timelines.</li><li>Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)</li><li>Perform Data validation on the work deliverables.</li><li>Communicate & collaborate with project internal / external stakeholders for project success & plan inputs.</li><li>Mentor and Coach new hires and relatively new team members.</li><li>Adhere to the quality parameters and timelines on the projects.</li><li>Being flexible to work in multiple time zones and multiple teams.</li><li>Drive Ops excellence culture and lead transformational project(s) with clear visible and measurable impact.</li><li>Responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a confined focus on timelines and quality</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Work on business / technical requirements for the client’s and work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements and to achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities.</li><li>Prepare documentation and support in providing overview of work capabilities for respective functional area and Data conversion.</li><li>Design the Workday solution to meet the stated needs with workday tools and technologies.</li><li>Work on data gathering workbooks and review it with client for any gaps.</li><li>Work on the configuration and data loads as applicable.</li><li>Perform self-reviews and smoke testing of the work delivered and review peer’s work.</li><li>Migration – Should be aware of migration methodologies and must be able to migrate Recruiting components from source tenant to target tenant with help of functional checklist.</li><li>Application Testing – Assist clients with the testing of the delivered configuration, defect resolution. Testing is driven by the scenarios from the client team.</li><li>Production Support – Includes the practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.</li><li>AMS – Work on the tickets assigned and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.</li><li>Production Rollout – Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment.</li><li>Take timely, appropriate action to address stakeholder needs/expectations.</li><li>Interact and communicate effectively with lead, mid and senior level management.</li><li>Develop & manage communication plans with stakeholders aimed at improved collaboration.</li><li>Leverage synergies between global information systems </li><li>Develop Reports / Dashboards using Workday provided tools (Report Designer, Matrix reports etc.) related to Recruiting.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Knowledge and Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Experience with Workday Project Lifecycle.</li><li>Strong knowledge in Workday Recruiting module</li><li>Basic/Good knowledge on other Workday module such as <b>Core HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance </b>would be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong Knowledge in Workday tools like Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Object Transporter, Advance Load</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Workday object model and solution design approach around it.</li><li>Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly through individual research and self-training.</li><li>Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.</li><li>Ability to train users in a classroom setting.</li><li>Effective knowledge transfer skills in non-classroom environment.</li><li>Passion for customer service.</li><li>Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
