Summary:
The Applications Support Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day application support to clients in order to resolve incidents and requests within agreed timeframes as well as providing expertise and guidance on the system’s use and configuration. This role also includes acting as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and external suppliers of hardware and software, preparing user documentation, managing test scripts and helping to plan future developments and implementations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong technical background. They should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team under pressure and tight deadlines.

You're a fit for this position if you have experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (Gateway) and can configure the same according to the business requirement.  You must possess knowledge of SAP Ariba Contracts and SAP Ariba Buying along with integration between these two products and Procurement module. You should know how to debug the issue in the different environments like Development, QA, Production etc. You need to have hands on experience on working with SAP Solution Manager and Service Ticket Tool. Knowledge of SAP Fiori Launchpad would be added advantage.
