Job Description
• Technical development of Integration projects and provide oversight and code quality governance working with internal and external resources.
• Conduct and lead white-boarding sessions and project meetings clearly documenting and communicating technical details and build strong cross team relationships. Play a leading role in the creation/enhancement of integration platform solutions.
• Initiatives to design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, processes and proof of concepts (POCs) to generate new integration offerings.
• Own complete lifecycle of delivery including design, development, test, documentation and support of integration, custom development, and data migration solutions for business applications in the CRM, ERP, HCM domains.
• Will advise teams on best practices (design options, security, release management, governance, performance, etc.) and advances in technologies. Go-to person for most complex application integration/transformation problems.
• Support, develop, and expand new capabilities.
What You’ll Bring
• Data Integration subject matter expertise and experience delivering complex solutions in an agile team-based environment using Boomi
• Data Integration experience creating data pipelines using Talend, Oracle OIC or other middleware solutions such as WebLogic, MuleSoft, Apigee, IBM, BEA, Tibco.
• Administration of Integration platforms
• History of designing successful integration solutions. Provide solution oversight of complex workstreams.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of data integration patterns and approaches (APIs, Microservices, Pub/Sub, Batch, EDA, Streaming, Queues etc.)
• Knowledge of integration capabilities with applications like Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Service Now, SharePoint, etc.
• Expertise working with databases like Oracle, Redshift, Postgres, MSSQL
• Design and development experience with highly available, scalable, and fault tolerant systems. Deep understanding of data privacy and security best practices.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to understand requirements quickly and convert them to code with quality
• Specialization in enterprise information solution architecture, design, and development
• MDM Implementation experience will be a plus
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship across external groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communications of technical information.
• Must be able to handle multiple competing priorities in a dynamic team environment
