Job Summary:
- As a Senior Associate- IPB Ops PMOD Program within our dynamic and growing team, you will have the unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of all operational flows and contribute to a growing international business in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring that the new Target Operating Model aligns with organizational goals and addresses current process challenges.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including Core Delivery Leads (CDLs), Operations, and Technology teams.
- Work closely with business analysts and product owners to refine and prioritize user stories, ensuring they accurately reflect business needs and are ready for development.
- Develop a comprehensive test plan that outlines testing strategies, objectives, and timelines. Coordinate testing activities across teams to ensure thorough validation of the new processes and systems.
- Track and manage defects identified during testing, working with development and operations teams to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the transition to the new Target Operating Model. This includes organizing training sessions and creating user documentation to support end-users.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the new processes and systems. Monitor performance post-implementation to ensure objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from stakeholders and identifying opportunities to enhance processes and systems beyond the initial implementation.
- Be proactive to identify potential risks and issues related to the integration of the new Target Operating Model. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any deviations from the plan.
- Drive critical thinking and proactively seeks out best practices, anticipates clients’ future needs and collaborates on ideas with others. Understands clients’ needs and impact on relationship across J.P. Morgan entities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understand all relevant trading products (Equities, Bond, Foreign Exchange and Listed Option)
- Knowledge of the front to back Operations process (including the key elements such as confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting) and facilitate issue resolution across teams.
- Understand the key elements of other infrastructure groups (i.e. Finance, Market risk, Credit risk, Operational risk, Legal, Collateral etc.) and recognize the impact of the actions of the Trade support team on these areas
- Proven track record of effective leadership relative to Strategic change management and process re-engineering including Technology driven projects.
- Strong ability to build relationships with and influence colleagues, business leaders and functional partners. Strong industry experience with understanding of standards implemented in industry and well networked with industry peers.
- Consultative in approach, understanding and anticipating business partner needs and proactively delivering solutions; collaborate effectively with Operations Leaders and their respective organizations, and key partners across JPMorgan’s Wealth Management businesses, Technology and Business colleagues to drive issue resolution and maintain smooth operations.
- Be a highly motivated individual with strong people management skills, problem solving and transformation, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder. Minimum 8 years of experience in Financial Services, Operations or management in Investment Banking Wealth Management.
- Proven expertise in Asset servicing and more specifically in corporate actions management cross products (Securities, Mutual funds, Alternatives).
- Proven track record in implementing/integrating a core banking system, internally developed or from a third party vendor with relevant project management experience in one or several of the operations area (back or middle office)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Graduate Degree like MBA or other post graduate degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years in a reputable bank, fund administrator or financial institution across multiple jurisdictions, and looking to take on a new challenge in a growing, fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Securities Operations experience is preferred
- Knowledge of various automation tools & AI/ML understanding will be an added advantage
