Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and daily accounting operations Maintain general ledger, chart of accounts, and journal entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Oversee AP / AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and aging reports Perform monthly closing, bank & credit card reconciliations Maintain payroll entries, expenses, and reimbursements Coordinate with internal departments & external auditors Ensure compliance with accounting standards and processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Improve and streamline accounting processes Competitive entry-level pay with performance-based incentives.

4+ years of bookkeeping / accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Xero Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, reporting) Experience managing month-end & year-end closing Strong analytical and problem-solving ability High accuracy and attention to detail Good communication skills
