Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide business analysis support for payment-related projects and initiatives within Synechron.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions related to payment systems and processes.
- Assist with the development and implementation of business analysis projects to enhance payment solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, technology, and operations, to ensure effective use of business analysis practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in business analysis and payment technologies.
Category-wise Technical Skills:
- Business Analysis:Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with business analysis concepts and techniques.
- Data Analysis:Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes.
- Tools Proficiency:Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Payment Knowledge:Good understanding of payment processing systems and financial services.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the payments or financial services industry.
- Relevant experience with business analysis tools and techniques, including the ability to create detailed documentation and reports.
- Strong portfolio showcasing business analysis skills and experience, particularly in payment-related projects.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions to track progress and discuss challenges.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business needs.
- Analyze data related to payment systems to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for business analysis projects.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze complex business scenarios.
