An Ideal Candidate:

 

The Senior Engineering Manager â Analysis will lead and oversee the Engineering team in conducting cost analysis and optimization using aPriori software for sheet metal parts and assemblies. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective and efficient product design from the outset, supporting the entire product development lifecycle. The manager will also be responsible for developing cost models to support supplier negotiations and driving continuous improvement in cost modeling processes.

Key Competencies:

 

 

Lead and manage the DFM/DTC Engineering team.

⢠Develop and implement cost analysis strategies using aPriori software.

⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and enhance DFM capabilities.

⢠Drive continuous improvement in cost modeling processes and methodologies.

⢠Provide technical guidance and support to team members in cost modeling and sheet metal fabrication techniques.
