Senior Executive - Logistics

Ecomvurse is looking for a Senior Executive – Logistics to manage and streamline end-to-end logistics operations for our ecommerce business. The role focuses on inventory control, Amazon marketplace operations, order handling & packing, and minimizing returns and damages, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.

• Manage daily logistics operations, including handling and packing of orders as per quality and dispatch standards
  

  
  

• Ensure accurate order processing, packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination
  

  
  

• Handle inventory management across warehouses and Amazon fulfillment centers
  

  
  

• Monitor and control returns, damages, and RTOs, ensuring timely reconciliation
  

  
  

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, courier partners, and internal teams for smooth order flow
  

  
  

• Oversee Amazon listings from a logistics and inventory perspective (stock updates, availability, issue resolution)
  

  
  

• Maintain accurate MIS, stock reports, and inventory reconciliation
  

  
  

• Ensure adherence to SLA timelines, packing guidelines, and compliance standards
  

  
  

Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce logistics or operations

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon seller operations & inventory handling

Proven exposure to return & damage control processes

Good understanding of ecommerce supply chain workflows

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment
