What you’ll do
The IT Operations Engineer supports in the delivery of tasks and activities that manage customer / business / user needs (regarding IT requirements) and ensure customer satisfaction with Vodafone�s IT products and services in line with Customer Services Management strategy. The IT Operations Engineer conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures regarding administrating and maintaining assigned applications, services, systems and solutions, incident management, problem management, change and release management and some vendor management, through the delivery of defined activities.
Typically reports to the Senior IT Operations Team Leader.
Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groups
- Resolve user support tickets
- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders
- Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization
- Provide ongoing user training and create training materials as needed
Required Skillset
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems
- Salesforce configuration changes including Security setting, Workflow, flows, fields, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
- User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
