How will you make an impact in this role?

The Tech Risk & Control Manager will play a critical role within the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) Governance and Controls (G&C) team, driving the transformation of technology risk and control management across the ETS business unit.

This role will lead the centralized orchestration of risk and control initiatives and as needed, partner with G&C Pillar Leaders and ETS leadership to define, design, and operationalize governance and control capabilities aligned with enterprise-wide risk management enhancement efforts

The ideal candidate is a strong leader and coordinator who can influence across functions, manage complex workstreams, and drive delivery in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Lead the centralized orchestration of operational risk and control management transformation initiatives across the ETS business unit. 

  
  

• Partner with G&C Pillar Leaders, as needed, to define, design and operationalize new governance and control management functions aligned with enterprise-wide risk management transformation efforts. 

  
  

• Drive the successful delivery of ETS commitments across key risk transformation workstreams, including Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Financial Crimes, and Data. 

  
  

• Manage end-to-end delivery activities, including milestones, tasks, dependencies, risk identification, reporting, and ongoing coordination of operational risk management commitments across large, cross-functional teams

  
  

• Provide clear, timely and comprehensive updates on project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to ETS G&C Leads, the BU Project Ambassador, and other key stakeholders.  

  
  

• Foster a strong culture of risk awareness, accountability and continuous improvement within the team and across the broader organization.

  
  

• Serve as a key leader for sharing insights, best practices, and emerging themesacross the enterprise

  
  

Qualifications: 

• 8+ years of experience in Technology Risk Management, Information Security, or Audit.

  
  

• Proven ability to apply strong project management discipline to drive large-scale initiatives, including managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
