Senior Pega Engineer – Case Management (7+ Years)

Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior Pega professional with strong expertise in Pega Case Management to design, build, and support large-scale enterprise workflows. The role involves delivering robust, compliant, and scalable case life-cycle solutions in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end case management solutions using Pega.
• Develop and optimize case types, stages, steps, SLAs, and approvals.
• Apply Pega best practices for performance, reusability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to translate requirements into Pega solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
• Provide technical leadership, reviews, and mentoring to junior team members.
• Support production issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Pega Case Management.
• Strong experience with Case Life Cycle, Work Queues, SLA, Flow Actions, and UI rules.
• Experience working in large enterprise / BFSI environments.
• Pega certification (CSA / CSSA / LSA) preferred.
