We are seeking a highly motivated, expert individual with deep technical, analytical, and contract administration competencies. In this position, you will be a member of our Commercial Pricing & Contracts team within our Finance organization. This role is a valuable business partner to the commercial teams with responsibilities to administer and process the vital transactions to support and maintain local, regional, and national-level customer contracts.
What you will be doing?
- Support the contract administration requirements of sales contracts through the loading of detailed contract-specific data, including customer pricing, into our SAP enterprise system.
- Administer ongoing maintenance of customer contracts, including amendments to add/delete products, change customer pricing, adjust master contract data, or other contract modifications.
- Support corporate account contracts through the review and processing of letters of commitments (LOCs).
- Process Collaborate with customers to support commercial pricing & contract activities.
- Work closely with the sales organizations, customers, and other internal functions as needed to research and resolve price discrepancies, including the issuance of appropriate credits related to customer contracts.
- Work optimally in a global, fast-paced team environment and engage in partner-focused communications.
- Provide relevant contract data and reporting to support our end-to-end contracting process, including expiring contracts, extensions and renewals, price exceptions, and other key contracting metrics.
- Support contract and pricing requests received from the sales team and/or customers, including downloading customer price files, resolving sales order blocks, preparing price quotes, and other pricing administration requests.
- Coordinate with the other pricing and contracting colleagues to ensure effective workflow throughout the contract lifecycle and consistent process execution.
- Maintain a complete understanding of contract administration requirements to ensure all relevant contract administrative obligations are met in a timely and accurate manner.
What do you need to be successful?
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract administration with added benefitial experience with pricing or sales operations or order management, customer care, or commercial finance background.
- A bachelor's or master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), SAP, Salesforce.com, Power BI, and contract management systems.
- Candidate should have prior experience in managing data entry, strong computer skills, and a demonstrable ability to deliver efficient, high-quality performance in a contract administration environment.
- This candidate should have a keen attention to details and possess solid organizational and prioritization skills while demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude is also crucial. Skills required in effectively and efficiently bringing to bear IT solutions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts to support global operations.

- Proactive and analytical approach with deep technical skills.
