Senior Product Manager - Product Led Growth (PLG)
The Opportunity:
As a PLG Sr. Product Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in accelerating user acquisition, improving engagement, and increasing retention by leveraging data driven & product-led approaches. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth goals.
What you’ll do…
- User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract new users through product features, free trials, and self-service channels.
- Conversion Optimization: Optimize user onboarding, activation, and feature adoption to drive conversion rates.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyse user behaviour through user journey data, A/B test results, and product metrics to drive product improvements.
- Product Evangelism: Champion the product internally and externally, emphasizing its value proposition.
- Retention Strategies: Implement tactics to enhance user satisfaction, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
- Experimentation: Continuously test hypotheses to improve product experiences and drive growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams. You will start with “why” and “who” to create a common understanding of the personas we serve and the value we create. You will leverage your understanding of the competitive landscape and knowledge of the underlying technologies to augment and strengthen these inputs. You will build upon all of these to define the “what” in the product roadmap and lead the organization to achieve it.
- You will leverage strong product instincts while collecting and synthesizing input from many sources and empowering the team to continuously deliver customer value.
- You will define, build alignment with, and lead the execution of the whole product strategy and roadmap for product led growth with a razor focus on the end-to-end customer journey and maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Write, prioritize, and accept user stories and epics.
- Team with Design to iterate and deliver holistic requirements to Engineering.
- Actively participate in 1-2 Agile teams to deliver predictable releases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support and Cloud Engineering to ensure organizational readiness for releases.
Who you are?
- BS Degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline. 5+ years of product management experience in B2B software, preferably SaaS.
- Proven experience and domain knowledge with cyber security, data management, and /or data protection technologies, standards, and protocols. Hands on experience with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse products a plus.
- Ability to synthesize different perspectives and make recommendations and decisions with incomplete information and ambiguity.
- Experience with and advocate for Agile and user-centred design.
- Think strategically and act tactically; proven ability to define and translate a vision into detailed and actionable plans.
- Team player & strong collaborator who proactively engages stakeholders for input, validation and building consensus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to executive, sales, and technical audiences
