Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Python Developer and AI practicer to design, develop, and optimize data processing solutions for large-scale applications. The role involves building robust data pipelines, implementing business logic, and ensuring high performance and scalability in a distributed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data processing pipelines using Python and AI practicer.
Fine-tune and prompt-engineer LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source) for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), reasoning, and tool use.
Integrate agents with enterprise data sources (APIs, SQL/NoSQL DBs, vector stores like Pinecone etc.)
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement data validation and transformation logic for structured and unstructured data.
Integrate solutions with big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive).
Ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability through best practices.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Experience in prompt engineering, with the ability to design, optimize, and evaluate effective prompts for LLM applications
Strong software engineering practices with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and production-grade Python code
Strong Python skills (async I/O, typing, testing) plus familiarity with Node JS/RestAPI’s
Hands-on with at least one LLM/agent frameworks and Optimizations, RAG development, pipelines and AI agent platforms
Experience in API integration for MCP server/client if needed
Hands-on experience in AI with a track record of delivering impactful solutions
Experience with SQL and data modeling.
Familiarity with data lake and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with performance tuning in Python.
Knowledge of data security and governance practices.
Exposure to streaming frameworks (Kafka, Spark Streaming).
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with RAG pipelines over enterprise knowledge bases (SharePoint, Confluence, Snowflake).
Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks (LangSmith).
Knowledge of privacy-enhancing techniques (data anonymization, differential privacy).
Contributions to open-source AI projects or published research.
