Eurofins IT Solutions India Pvt Ltd (EITSI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code shipped out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services.

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION TITLE: Senior Software Engineer (UI/UX Developer)                     

WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore         

SHIFT TIMING: 8.00 am to 5.00 pm OR 12.00 pm to 9.00 pm IST

WORK MODE: 3 Days hybrid office & 2 Days WFH

Primary Responsibilities:

• Here are some specific responsibilities that this role requires:
• Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver these wireframes and mock-ups.
• Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features.
• Collaborate with other team(s) and stakeholders.
• Adopt the designs to the larger application theme and improve the user experience

Skills required:

• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet product needs and vision
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and deep understanding of responsive design
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and document design processes, ideas and solutions to teams
• Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 2-4 years of UX design experience and at least 2 years of experience in designing complex solutions/screens

Technical Stack:

• Expertise in UX software such as adobe XD, Balsamiq, Sketch, Figma and CSS, Angular, Typescript, visualization etc.,
• Web based platform

Personal Skills

• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal/written Communication, Interpersonal and Presentation skills. And can explain complex functional/technical concepts with ease (via diagrams, flowcharts, etc.,).
• Should be a self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship skills
• Candidate to have a do-it-done attitude; the ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines, details, and quality.
• Able to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing complex environment. 
• The ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary
