The Recruiting Senior Lead is a senior level position responsible for providing end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.
In this role, you’re expected to:
Develop detailed recruiting strategy to meet business needs for talent acquisition
Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead recruiting team through collaboration and influence
Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners such as HR Advisors and Compensation
Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with business heads to fill senior level roles
Engage global candidates, maintain knowledge of issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process, and lead mobility efforts across regions
Work with Diversity team to facilitate slate processes as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes
Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and serve as point of contact for retained and contingency search firms
Utilize social media to build upon established network of function/business areas as well as introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
15+ years of relevant experience
Hands on Experience of building large scale tech teams and delivery
Advanced knowledge of compensation structures
Demonstrated ability to craft complex offers
Ability to consistently and identify and attract passive candidates
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
