Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role involves leading software development projects and ensuring their successful completion. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME
- 4-8 years of IT experience, hands-on experience in Mainframe Technology – PL1, DB2
- PL1 – Strong experience in developing PL1 program with embedded SQL
- Experience in developing optimized PL1 – DB2 programs
- DB2 – Strong experience in writing optimized embedded DB2 SQL
- JCL - Should have experience in developing batch technology and hands on experience in JCL
- Experience on Endeavor, File file aid\manager, HP demand will be preferred Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in PL/I (Programming Language)
- Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MS
- Experience in developing and configuring software systems
- Knowledge of technologies, applications, and methodologies, Good to have exposure to Insurance Domain and/or Banking Domain
- Hands-on experience in project management and team leadership
- Sound awareness and/or expertise of complete software lifecycle, including delivering with quality and on time. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in PL/I (Programming Language)
