Roles and responsibilities:
•Responsible for the high and low-level design Implementation of features and delivering solutions adhering to coding and quality guidelines
•Perform code review, providing documentation (requirement/design/test specification) inputs, and ensuring delivery conforms to organization and project quality processes
• Strong oral and written communication skills
Desired Experience: 7+ years
• Strong knowledge of C# .Net and proficient in programming and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of Object Oriented principles and design patterns
• Proficient in modeling/design visualization in UML
• Good understanding of .Net Framework/WCF/WPF/Web Technologies
• Must have worked or collaborated on architecture and design aspects
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure adherence to architectural/design standards and best practices
• Effective usage of profiling tools for applied scenarios like performance, resource consumption etc
• Should be able to guide and mentor teams in technical aspects
• Hands-on experience in test frameworks
• Willingness to learn and work on new technologies in short duration of time
