• JOB DESCRIPTION
  Solution Design:
• Develop high-level architecture and detailed designs for payment acquiring solutions, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for enhancements or integration with new technologies.
• Technical Leadership:
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, including product management, engineering teams, and external partners.
• Provide guidance on best practices and design principles in payment acquiring systems.
• Requirements Gathering:
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to gather and analyze requirements for acquiring payment solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture designs.
• Integration Strategy:
• Define integration strategies for payment gateways, processors, and other third-party systems to ensure seamless transaction processing.
• Oversee the technical implementation of integration solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Security and Compliance:
• Ensure that all acquiring solutions adhere to security standards and regulatory requirements, including PCI DSS compliance.
• Conduct security assessments and recommend best practices to mitigate risks associated with payment transactions.
• Performance Optimization:
• Analyze system performance and implement optimizations to enhance transaction processing speed and reliability.
• Monitor system performance metrics and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
• Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and best practice documentation.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members on acquiring technologies and architectural frameworks.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with various teams, including development, operations, and customer support, to ensure effective communication and alignment on solution delivery.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners involved in acquiring solutions.
