Solutions Architect

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 7 years JobType: full-time We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Solutions Architect who can bridge business needs and technical execution.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable and secure architectures, and guide development teams in delivering high-quality, efficient solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong system design expertise with a user-centric mindset and the ability to operate across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities Analyze business and technical challenges and design effective, scalable solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
Design end-to-end architectures for applications, systems, and integrations.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, including software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
Provide technical leadership during implementation to ensure solutions align with architectural designs.
Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements.
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and data protection standards.
Support project delivery to ensure timelines, scope, and budget commitments are met.
Communicate technical concepts, architecture decisions, and project status to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, and deployment plans.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
6–10 years of overall experience in software engineering, architecture, or related roles.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and engineering best practices.
Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Proven ability to think from an end-user perspective and convert business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Preferred Experience & Skills Prior experience in technical project management (minimum 1 year), preferably working with global or US-based stakeholders.
Strong system design skills with hands-on coding exposure (e.
g., Python or similar languages).
Experience delivering and managing client-facing software implementations .
Background working in startups or SMB environments .
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
PM or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
