Specialist Application Security

Job Title

In this specialist role, you’ll coordinate penetration testing campaigns and related project activities end‑to‑end—planning, scheduling, communication, reporting, and continuous improvement—so that stakeholders have clear visibility and our applications remain secure.

• Coordinate internal and external penetration testing campaigns and share results with the right stakeholders.

  
  
  

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality controls; track risks, issues, and dependencies.

  
  
  

• Prepare and maintain key artifacts (project plans, metrics, engagement reviews/surveys, QA records, reports).

  
  
  

• Communicate clearly with internal/external stakeholders; manage leadership‑initiated test intake and schedule changes.

  
  
  

• Align testing timelines with compliance deadlines in partnership with Application Security Management, GRC, and the CISO.

  
  
  

• Experience coordinating security project management activities and penetration testing workflows.

  
  
  

• Skill in project planning and delivery (scope, schedule, budget, quality) and in tracking risks/issues/dependencies.

  
  
  

• Comfortable working with stakeholders across teams and presenting clear, action‑oriented updates.

  
  
  

• Familiar with Agile ways of working and with change processes (e.g., change requests, CAB meetings) and WAF ticketing.

  
  
  

• Ability to analyze data and produce concise reports, metrics, and improvement recommendations.
