Based in Manila/India, this position provides essential coordination and administrative support across multiple programs and projects within the enterprise. Reporting to Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Project Managers, you will help ensure smooth project operations by managing RAID logs, tracking finances, supporting people onboarding, and maintaining project documentation and SharePoint sites. This role offers a strong pathway for professional growth into project management. **Key Responsibilities:** + Coordinate administrative tasks across multiple programs and projects, ensuring timely and accurate support for project delivery. + Manage and update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs to support effective project governance. + Track and report on project finances, supporting budget management and financial compliance. + Support onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and access to required resources. + Maintain and organize project documentation, including the management of SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools. + Liaise with project stakeholders to gather information, resolve queries, and support project communications. + Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of project reports and presentations. **Required Skills and Competencies:** + Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. + Willingness to learn and develop new skills in project management and business operations. **Power Skills (Level of Expertise: Developing – Level 2):** + Adaptability: Willingness to embrace change and learn new processes. + Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and organize information for reporting and decision-making. + Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication. + Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and stakeholders. + Learning to Learn: Proactive in seeking feedback and new knowledge. + Organization: Maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities. **Behavioral Expectations:** + Demonstrate Customer Centricity by supporting project teams to deliver value. + Collaborate for Value by working closely with managers and colleagues. + Show Accountability by taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering on commitments. + Exhibit a Growth Mindset by seeking opportunities to learn and improve. **Qualifications (Education & Experience):** + Typically requires 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role, ideally within a project or program environment. + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. + Experience with SharePoint and basic financial tracking is an advantage.
