TheSenior Analytics EngineerRole

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst with expertise in Qlik to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design effective data models, and develop compelling visualizations using Qlik Sense or QlikView. Your role will involve identifying trends, patterns, and outliers within the data to uncover valuable insights that enhance business performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting and analysis.

What makes this role interesting?

This role will addrequiredcapacity to provide coverage required for the org-wide business units being served by EDMA. Current team members are working at capacity to support new business projects and on-going maintenance of existing Qlik Apps. We have gaps in coverage if Data BU, R&D,Partnerand other BUs have requests.

This new headcount, with relevant experience and skills, will expandteam'scapability to properly cover the multiple business units beyond Finance, Marketing, Revenue, Customer Success, & Legal.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

• Collaborating with Analytics, Data Governance and Data Engineering teams under the CIO organization to identify high-impact opportunities and leverage our data to build scalable machine learning models.
• Prepare, clean, and analyze large datasets using Python, SQL, and other relevant tools
• Create and maintain data pipelines using platforms like Databricks and Snowflake
• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Qlik Sense
• Work on end-to-end models using Qlik AutoML tool
• Use data visualization skills to showcase the results of your data analysis work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tell a complete narrative using data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and machine learning

We’re looking for a teammate with:

·Proven experience as a Senior Data Analyst with a strong emphasis on Qlik development (Qlik Sense/QlikView).

·Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

·Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management systems.

·Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

·Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
