Inviting applications for the role of - Senior Informatica MDM Engineer
The Senior Informatica MDM Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and run support of Informatica MDM solutions that manage Allianz’s critical master data domains. The role ensures end-to-end master data lifecycle management, data quality enforcement, stewardship workflows, and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, and support Informatica MDM (Multidomain / Customer 360) solutions
• Manage master data lifecycle including creation, validation, enrichment, publishing, and retirement
• Define and implement data quality rules, match & merge logic, and survivorship rules
• Configure stewardship workflows for issue management and exception handling
• Perform root cause analysis for master data quality issues and drive resolution
• Support L2 run services for MDM platforms including monitoring and incident resolution
• Implement and maintain data models (entities, attributes, hierarchies, relationships)
• Ensure multi-market and group-level harmonization of master data
• Support integration of MDM with SAP, finance, policy, and claims systems
• Maintain MDM documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with data governance, audit, and regulatory standards

Must-Have Skills
• Strong experience with Informatica MDM (Multidomain MDM / Customer 360)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o Match & merge rules
o Survivorship configuration
o Data quality rules and validations
• Experience configuring stewardship UI and workflows
Master Data & Modelling
• Strong understanding of master data lifecycle management
• Expertise in data modelling (entities, attributes, hierarchies, relationships)
• Experience managing Finance master data (GL, Cost Center, Chart of Accounts)
• Knowledge of policy, claims, and finance source systems
Data Quality & Governance
• Experience with data quality exception handling and issue resolution
• Familiarity with data governance standards and stewardship processes
• Ability to work with business data owners and stewards

• Experience with data catalogues and lineage tools (Informatica EDC, Axon, Collibra)
• Exposure to data hubs, APIs, and integration layers
• Experience with multi-market or group-level data harmonization
• Knowledge of SAP MDG or SAP S/4HANA master data
• Familiarity with cloud-based MDM deployments
• Experience in insurance or financial services domains
